Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of you making your order. The majority of orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24/48 for UK orders and for International orders, Royal Mail tracked International and UPS.
If you need your potions for a special occasion/date, please get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do.
We have recently upgraded our UPS International service options. This service is £6 more than the one we previously used. The reason we have made this change is that parcels with this upgrade pass through customs clearance much faster and the condition of packages when they arrive to you is substantially better. We hope you understand.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, brokerage fees and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for custom delays or returns.
Unclaimed Packages
In the event your order is returned to us due to the buyers failure to collect or reschedule the delivery of their package, buyers will incur the costs to reship the package.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct postal address. If the order has to be resent because the provided postal address is incorrect, then the postal costs will have to be repaid by the buyer.
Sales Tax
We do not include VAT or sales tax in our prices. Buyers are responsible for paying either VAT or sales tax where applicable.
Returns & exchanges
We happily accept returns (excludes personalised items and sale items). Buyers are responsible for paying the postage/shipping fees for returns.

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
In the event you receive a damaged item, contact us at support@incantatrix.co.uk with pictures of your damaged item. Refunds and replacements will not be issued without evidence.
