Important Shipping Update for U.S Customers

We’re pleased to announce that U.S. shipping has now been reinstated. Royal Mail has introduced a pre-payment system to cover all tariffs and duties on shipments to the United States, along with increased weight allowances. This allows us to ship exclusively with Royal Mail, and we will no longer be using UPS.

How duties are handled:

  • The U.S. duty rate on our UK-produced products is 10%, a tariff introduced by the U.S. government on 29th August 2025.

  • To simplify the process, we have increased product prices for U.S. customers by 10%.

  • This adjustment covers all duty charges, meaning the total price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • We pass the duty directly to the relevant authorities at the point of postage purchase, so no additional fees will ever be requested on delivery.

There will be no additional customs or brokerage fees when your order is delivered. All shipments are fully tracked, with delivery to the U.S. typically taking 7–10 working days.

We have also noticed that the Royal Mail service is working out cheaper than UPS for larger orders, which helps to offset the now-included duty costs.
