U.S. Shipping & Tariff Information

We're pleased to continue shipping to the United States using Royal Mail's prepaid duty service. This allows all applicable U.S. import tariffs to be paid before your parcel leaves the UK, ensuring a smooth delivery with no unexpected charges on arrival.

No Surprise Charges for U.S. Customers

On 29th August 2025, the U.S. government introduced a 10% import tariff on UK-produced goods.

Following further changes introduced by the U.S. government on 24th July 2026, the import tariff applicable to our products is now 18%.

To make the process as simple as possible, we include the applicable U.S. import tariff within the product prices shown to customers shipping to the United States. This is not an increase in the price of our products. The additional amount simply covers the U.S. government tariff that we are required to pay on your behalf.

The tariff is collected when we purchase your Royal Mail postage and is paid directly to the relevant U.S. authorities before your parcel is dispatched.

This means the total price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no additional tariff, customs, brokerage or handling charges when your order is delivered.

All shipments are fully tracked, with delivery to the U.S. typically taking 7–10 working days.

We're also pleased to say that Royal Mail continues to be more cost-effective than our previous courier for many larger orders, helping to reduce the overall impact of these U.S. tariff changes.

We understand these ongoing changes to U.S. import tariffs have been frustrating for both businesses and customers. While these charges are entirely outside of our control, we remain committed to making the ordering process as simple and transparent as possible.
