EU Customers – Important Tax Information

If you receive a message that we can't ship to your country, it may be due to your order size. Please contact us at support@incantatrix.co.uk; we are here to help.

For orders exceeding €150, sales tax (VAT) will not be charged at checkout. Instead, depending on your country’s import rules, VAT and any customs duties will need to be paid when you receive the goods.

All prices shown at checkout for orders up to €150 include your country’s applicable sales tax. The tax rate is automatically calculated based on your shipping destination and reflects your country’s current tax rate.

There are no additional hidden fees or charges beyond the final price you see at checkout for orders within the €150 threshold. We strongly recommend you keep within this 150 euro threshold to avoid any additional handling fees customs may add. If you do wish to make a larger order we advise placing multiple orders, so all taxes are paid upfront.

We do not receive any portion of this tax – it is collected and passed directly to the relevant tax authorities in your country.

Norway, Switzerland and Iceland
Taxes and duties are paid by the customer at receipt of goods regardless of order value.

France only
Unfortunately, there are some expensive logistical costs associated with shipping to France. We will only be able to ship there if there is enough customer interest. Please email us if you are interested in purchasing so we can inform you if this becomes possible.
